Enterprise Integration

The Exotrac solution is designed to easily integrate with industry standard enterprise software to create a single coherent framework for our customers. Exotrac utilizes middleware, XML standards, and web services to connect to a variety of enterprise solutions.

Security

Exotrac utilizes several layers of security within its system to ensure data integrity and protection. Business critical information being transferred between Exotrac's system and client web browsers is protected using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocols. Backup information between Exotrac's primary, secondary and off-site backup facilities are transferred using SFTP (SSH security File Transfer Protocol). Further, all web servers, application servers, and database servers in each environment are protected by multiple software and hardware firewalls. Within Exotrac's system, user level access, set by customer administrators, restricts information by a user's job role and security access.

Reliability and Backup

Exotrac uses standard web client architecture to offer its customers full web accessibility, centrally managed scalability, and high uptime reliability. Exotrac provides customers with both primary and secondary live environments, in case of software, hardware, bandwidth, or power failures. Each hosted at an independent facility in a different location, with no overlapping bandwidth or power providers. Exotrac also offers customers an additional off-site backup facility in an independent facility for disaster recovery purposes.
